The Trump Administration announced on Tuesday that it is ending DACA. Here are the main points from the announcement made by Attorney General Jeff Sessions:

• Current DACA Beneficiaries: If you are protected by DACA right now, your deferred action and your work permit is still valid.

• Pending initial DACA requests: The USCIS may still approve initial requests for DACA that have already been filed.  However, they will no longer accept new initial DACA requests.

• Pending DACA renewals:  The USCIS may still approve DACA renewal requests that have already been filed.

• DACA Renewals:  Current DACA beneficiaries whose deferred action and work permits expire between September 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018 can file renewal applications. Renewals must be accepted by DHS by October 5, 2017.

URGENT: Now is a very scary time to be an undocumented immigrant.  But you are NOT alone! RMZD is here to help. It is extremely important to contact us right away.  You may still be eligible to renew your DACA, but you must act fast.
