Professional Experience

Attorney Bernhard Fulgencio joined Reeves Immigration Law Group as an Associate Attorney in the San Francisco Office in 2026. Before becoming an Associate Attorney, he served as a paralegal with the firm, assisting clients with a broad range of immigration matters such as family-based petitions, naturalization, PERM, removal/deportation defense, and asylum.

Prior to joining Reeves Immigration Law Group, Attorney Fulgencio was an Associate Solicitor of the Republic of the Philippines’ Office of the Solicitor General, where he developed a passion for public service and advocacy.

Education

Attorney Fulgencio earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Colegio De San Juan de Letran, Manila, Philippines in 2008. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Centro Escolar University in Makati, Philippines, in 2016, graduating fourth in his batch.

Attorney Fulgencio is fluent in Tagalog.
