Reina Chan

Professional Experience

Reina Chan joined Reeves Immigration Law Group as an Associate Attorney in the San Francisco Office in 2023. She represents clients in an array of immigration matters with a particular focus on employment-based and family-based immigration matters.

Ms. Chan has several years of experience guiding clients through the employment-based immigrant visa process. This includes PERM Labor Certifications, I-140 Petitions from employers, and applications for Adjustment of Status. Ms. Chan is also experienced in assisting clients with obtaining employment-based nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TN visas.

Additionally, Ms. Chan has also successfully represented clients in obtaining lawful permanent residence status through marriage-based Adjustment of Status applications and Petitions to Remove Conditions on Residence.

Prior to joining Reeves Immigration Law Group, Ms. Chan worked as an Associate Attorney in a global immigration law firm representing individuals as well as large corporate clients.

Education

Ms. Chan earned her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 2009 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University School of Law in 2017. During law school she also served as an editor of the Boston University International Law Journal.

Admissions and Memberships

Ms. Chan was admitted to the California State Bar in 2017. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
