Reeves Immigration Law Group’s Kim Luu-Ng will moderate and speak on a panel titled “The Vietnamese Refugee Diaspora: Fifty Years After the Fall of Saigon” at an upcoming immigration law conference in Washington, D.C. The panel will examine the state of the Vietnamese refugee diaspora in the United States through the lens of immigration law and history.
Topics will include the development of U.S. refugee policy, the ongoing deportation of former refugees, expedited removal of Vietnamese asylum seekers, and the present-day conditions in Vietnam that continue to drive migration.
