Immigration Options After Termination of TPS

On January 8, 2018, the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status (“TPS”) designation for El Salvador with a delayed effective date of 18 months or TPS ending on September 9, 2019.
