Flomy Diza Discusses the Likelihood of Deportation for Prince Harry with Radar

Flomy Javier Diza was recently featured in Radar, addressing resurfacing concerns that President Donald Trump could deport Prince Harry from the United States.

The article, “EXCLUSIVE: Trump’s Hope of Deporting Prince Harry Shut Down – With Prez Told He Has Zero ‘Authority’ to Kick Out Rogue Royal,” examines the ongoing public debate ensuing around Prince Harry’s immigration status following admissions of past drug use in his memoir. These concerns have been amplified following political quips made during his recent interview on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

Despite ongoing media speculation, Flomy assures Radar, “Public speculation, such as admissions in a memoir or media interviews, does not automatically translate into deportability unless it directly establishes a statutory ground and is supported by admissible evidence.”

Given that the Department of Homeland Security has already stated that Prince Harry’s application complied with applicable immigration rules, deportation is unlikely. “Removal or deportation is governed by law, not political rhetoric,” Flomy states. “Absent clear evidence of a qualifying immigration violation and a formal legal process, there is no automatic or presidentially driven pathway to deport Prince Harry.”
