Professional Experience

Sylva Graham is an Associate Attorney with Reeves Immigration Law Group’s San Francisco Office. She has over three years of experience practicing immigration law and representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Ms. Graham has advocated for clients across all areas of immigration law with extensive experience in asylum and removal defense. She has assisted clients in removal/deportation proceedings (asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, contested removal, 237(a)(1)(H) waivers, marriage-based adjustments, removal of condition, VAWA), family-based petitions, and citizenship and naturalization applications. Ms. Graham’s passion for immigration law stems from her own experience as an immigrant, having been born and raised in the Czech Republic.
